Braider Service Provider Agreement

Binding agreement governing all professional braiders listing services on Braidz IQ.

THIS AGREEMENT IS BINDING ON ALL BRAIDERS. BY COMPLETING BRAIDER ONBOARDING AND CLICKING ACCEPT, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS BELOW IN ADDITION TO THE GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or franchisee of Flipping Innovations, LLC. You are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; professional licenses required in your jurisdiction; general and professional liability insurance; equipment, supplies, and materials; your own schedule, pricing, and service offerings; and compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

2. Braider Eligibility and Verification

To list services on the Platform you must: - Be at least 18 years of age - Complete identity verification through Stripe Identity using a valid government-issued ID - Hold any professional license required by your state or municipality - Upload genuine portfolio photographs of your own work - Agree to background check screening if required - Maintain a valid U.S. bank account for payouts via Stripe Connect

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any Braider at its sole discretion.

3. Service Standards

By listing on the Platform you commit to professional skill and care consistent with industry standards; accurate representation of specializations, experience, and capabilities; clean, safe, and sanitary working environments; punctuality and professional communication; products safe for the Customer's stated hair type; and disclosure of any limitations that may affect a booked style.

4. Prohibited Braider Conduct

Braiders agree NOT to: - Solicit Customers off-Platform for 12 months following first contact - Share Customer contact information with third parties - Misrepresent qualifications, licenses, or experience - Upload portfolio images that are not your own work - Charge Customers amounts different from those disclosed at booking - Perform services while impaired - Discriminate against Customers - Accept bookings you do not intend to honor - Manipulate the review or rating system

5. Intellectual Property — Portfolio Content

You represent that all portfolio photographs are taken by you or used with permission, are of clients whose consent you have obtained, are unaltered beyond standard color correction and cropping, and are representative of services you actually provide. You grant Braidz IQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your portfolio images for Platform operations and marketing.

6. Insurance

Braiders are strongly advised to maintain General Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and Professional Liability (E&O) Insurance. The Company's platform fees do not include any insurance coverage for Braiders.

7. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate a Braider's account immediately for fraud or misrepresentation, customer complaints indicating unsafe behavior, chargeback rate above 1% in 30 days, cancellation rate above 10% in 30 days, violation of these terms, criminal conviction relating to violence or fraud, or failure to maintain required licenses. Upon termination, pending payouts are held for 30 days to cover chargebacks then disbursed less any amounts owed.
